01. Acceptance of Terms

By establishing a User Account or accessing the Alora Exchange, you enter into a binding agreement with Alora. These terms define the parameters of your participation. If you find these conditions unacceptable, you must cease all operations and disconnect from the platform immediately.

02. Standard of Conduct

Listing Integrity

You maintain full liability for the accuracy of your listings. The transmission of fraudulent data, misrepresentation of assets, or the posting of "ghost" listings will result in permanent account revocation.

The Transaction

Alora functions as a connection layer only. All physical exchanges, financial transactions, and logistical arrangements are conducted solely between you and the peer party. Alora assumes no responsibility for external interactions.

03. Platform Restrictions

The integrity of the Exchange relies on strict adherence to prohibited activity parameters:

System Interference

You may not attempt to automate data extraction, scrape user logs, or disrupt the marketplace environment through malicious software or unauthorized scripts.

Interaction Integrity

Spoofing location coordinates, harassment of other users, or excessive messaging is strictly prohibited and monitored.

Illicit Assets

The trade of restricted substances, dangerous goods, or any items violating local or international statutes is grounds for immediate account termination.

04. Termination

Alora reserves the unilateral right to suspend or revoke any account deemed a threat to the platform's security or communal trust.
